Delivery Options & Times

Standard UK Delivery (2–4 Business Days): £3.99
Free for orders over £60.
Express UK Delivery (1–2 Business Days): £6.99
Order before 1PM Mon–Fri for same-day dispatch.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow your parcel’s journey anytime.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Missed Delivery or Address Issues

If your parcel can’t be delivered, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.
Ensure your address is correct before confirming the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
